About Snow Cheddar

John Pagel, the visionary behind Snow Cheddar, set out to craft a signature cheese that would represent his new farmstead operation in Kewaunee, WI. From the beginning, he knew he wanted something truly special.

After sampling a wide range of cheeses and speaking with industry experts, John pinpointed the exact flavor profile and texture he aimed to achieve. He then collaborated with his team to develop a custom recipe that brought this vision to life.

The result is Snow Cheddar—a bold expression of John’s passion for crafting authentic, high-quality cheese using milk from his own herd.
