- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in pieces of Ron’s Mozzarella Whips until coated.
- Heat 2–3 inches of oil to 375°F in a heavy skillet or deep fryer.
- Drop batter-coated cheese pieces into the oil in small clusters.
- Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with your favorite savory dipping sauce.
