Shipping Terms and Conditions
We take great pride in the quality of our cheese and will do our best to ensure that your product is received in the freshest form. We have outlined the following shipping guidelines to help ensure the quality of your cheese.
All orders are shipped UPS to locations within the United States. We are unable to ship international at this time. Our standard procedure is to ship UPS Ground. However, you may choose to expedite your order at check out to Second Day Air or Next Day Air at an additional cost.
Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders received after 2:00pm Central Time will be shipped the next available ship day. Therefore, any order received Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following week to ensure packages do not sit in an un-refrigerated location over the weekend.
Shipments are prioritized by the date in which the order was placed and the transit time to the destination in which the package is being sent to. For instance, packages being sent to destinations with a 4-day transit time will be shipped on Mondays only to ensure product is delivered by Friday, unless otherwise noted by the customer.

If you are shipping to a warmer destination or order during warm weather summer months, we recommend upgrading your shipment to Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Please refrigerate upon arrival.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese is not responsible for damage to products or loss of products due to shipping.
Packages must be sent to a street address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact phone number. Resending a package due to delivery failures or incorrect addresses will result in additional charges.
Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese will take every measure possible to ensure you get your product on time and in the same condition as when it left our store. Unfortunately situations arise. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim through UPS.
