Discover the bold, satisfying flavor of our Deep Medium Cheddar, crafted in Wisconsin from milk sourced from our herd. Designed for those who want something richer than mild but smoother and creamier than sharp, this cheddar delivers that perfect mid-cheese balance.

Why It Stands Out

Deep, nutty flavor — richer than a mild cheddar, less sharp than extra-sharp
Smooth, semi-firm texture — easy to slice, cube, or melt
High-quality ingredients — pasteurized milk, cultures, salt, enzymes
Farmstead cheese — produced with milk from our own dairy for traceability and consistency
No artificial additives — pure, clean cheesemaking
