Inspired by Wisconsin’s favorite cocktail, our Brandy Old Fashioned Snow Cheddar brings together tradition and craftsmanship in a truly unique way.

To begin with, we start with our farmstead Snow Cheddar, made from milk sourced directly from our own herd. From there, we carefully infuse it with the warm, citrus-forward flavors of a classic Brandy Old Fashioned.

As a result, you get a one-of-a-kind cheddar that is both familiar and unexpected.

It’s:

Smooth and creamy
Slightly sweet with bright citrus notes
Finished with a subtle brandy warmth

Made the Farmstead Way

At Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese, everything starts on our farm—and that difference matters.

Not only do we use milk from our own cows, but we also craft our cheese in Kewaunee, Wisconsin, ensuring quality every step of the way. In addition, every batch is handled with care from start to finish.

Because of this, you’re not just getting flavored cheese—you’re getting a true farmstead experience rooted in Wisconsin tradition.

How to Enjoy It
