At Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on cheese and food products. Please review your order carefully before checking out.


Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Orders must be shipped to a physical street address — UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and contact phone number at checkout.
  • If a package is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We take every reasonable measure to ensure your package arrives on time and in the same condition it left our store. However, once it leaves our facility, issues may occasionally arise.
