Shipping Terms and Conditions
We strive to deliver our farm-fresh cheese products to you quickly and in top condition. Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders typically ship within 2โ5 business days depending on when your order was placed and the availability of products.
- Orders are only shipped MondayโWednesday to ensure product freshness and avoid weekend delays.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Product Availability
We do our best to keep our website inventory accurate and update product statuses as items sell out.
However, because our products are made in small batches and popular items can sell quickly, availability may occasionally change before your order is processed.
If a product in your order becomes unavailable:
- Weโll contact you as soon as possible.
- We may wait to ship your order until the following week so the item is stocked.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via UPS Ground depending on your location unless otherwise told to expedite.
- Youโll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Warm Weather Shipping
- Perishable orders are packed with ice packs and insulated liners.
- We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping for destinations with transit times over 2 days or during warm weather months.
- Ronโs Wisconsin Cheese is not responsible for spoiled items due to shipping delays or heat exposure.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- Packages must be sent to a street address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will be charged for re-shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is missing, please check with:
- Your neighbors or household members
- Your local post office or UPS location
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Weโll evaluate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- All Sales are Final.
- We do not accept returns on any cheese or food items.
- If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- General transit times via ground are listed below on the map.
- We do not offer free shipping at this time.
- Shipping cheese fresh takes insulated packaging and cold packs, and we charge only what it costs to get it to your door safely. No markups, no shortcutsโjust fresh, handcrafted cheese.
- If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim through UPS.
