After sampling a wide range of cheeses and speaking with industry experts, John pinpointed the exact flavor profile and texture he aimed to achieve. He then collaborated with his team to develop a custom recipe that brought this vision to life.
The result is Snow Cheddar—a bold expression of John’s passion for crafting authentic, high-quality cheese using milk from his own herd.
We chose the name Snow to highlight its naturally white, uncolored appearance, which reflects both its purity and our commitment to traditional cheesemaking.
